Product Detail
Chain pitch P = 135.73mm, 3P = step distance = 407.2mm
The chain is connected to its left and right side link by solid axles or hollow axles. The solid axles step chain are fixed with chain link plate. The step chain width have 1000, 800 and 600 for escalator type.
The fixing method between step and step chain is used index pin bush. The lubrication of step chain is used oil.
The step chain rollers are made by hydrolytic resistant polyurethane. The material of step chain roller hub is PA66. The eligibility test of step chain roller include anti-hydrolysis 250 hours, oil hydrolysis 250 hours and life test running time 5000hours.
