Background Introduction

Product Detail
Chain pitch P = 135mm, 3P = step distance = 405mm, step chain is used oil for lubrication
The step chain is connected to its left and right sides by long axles and the step chain have type1000, 800 and 600mm of escalator width. The long axels are fixed with the chain link plate and are not datachable for transportation. The steps are fixed with step chain by clamp bush fastening.
The step-chain rollers are made of hydrolytic resistant polyurethane. The eligibility test for step-chain roller anti-hydrolysis is 250hrs, oil hydrolysis is 250hrs, and life test run time is 5000hrs. The material of step chain roller hub is used PA66
